How to Remove SunRocket's Config from Your LinkSys ATA

This file will get rid of all the Sunrocket customizations to your Linksys ATA so you can take it with you to another provider like ViaTalk or Vonage..

  1. From a web browser, go to http://<your_linksys_ip_address>/admin/voice/advanced (replacing, of course, <your_linksys_ip_address> with the IP address you use to access the web interface of your Linksys).
  2. Clear the "Restricted Access Domains" field.
  3. Go to http://<your_linksys_ip_address>/admin/resync?http://www.themolavis.com/sunrocket-cleanup.xml (replacing, of course, <your_linksys_ip_address> with the IP address you use to access the web interface of your Linksys).
Your Sunrocket configs are now deleted.

IT asks for a password and the password I have it set to doesn't work..

??

I keep getting that:

SPA will resync the profile when it is not in use and reboot
you can click HERE to return to the configuration page

I can only use line 2 - even if I replicate the same settings to line 1 and disable line 2, line 1 never register. I know it's not a device issue as if I let it provision with telebendover, line one gets to work.

Even after doing the reset as indicated here, it still says:
Client Certificate: Installed
could it be that it tries to use the SR encryption for line 1? How to really disable it?

I work for teleblend and they are seriously shitty. I hate taking calls cause I can't help anyone. Please chose another provider. Do not give you money to this crap hole company!

I SIGNED UP FOR THE SUNROCKET PHONE SERVICE WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND LIKE A LOT OF YOU, SWITCHED TO TELEBLEND...LET ME TELL YOU MY FRIEND THAT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE...2 MONTHS LATER I HAD TO MOVE. SO I TRIED SHUTING TELEBLEND OFF THROUGH THERE WEB SITE.THERE WAS NO WAY TO TURN THE SERVICE OFF,THEN FINALY WITH A TELEBLEND WORKER ON THE PHONE TURNED OFF MY SERVICES. SO SHE SAID.. I MOVED AND
THEY KEPT MY SERVICE ON AND WITHOUT ME KNOWING AND BILLING ME WHEN I HAD NO SERVICE FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS..THEN SOMEHOW THEY FOUND OUT MY NEW ADDRESS THE ONE I JUST MOVED TO...TELEBLEND THEN GAVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS TO THE THOMAS FOUNDATION OUT OF PORTLAND MAIN.. A COLLECTION AGENCY..
SO I CONTACTED THE THOMAS AGENCY THEY CONTACTED TELEBLEND AND SUCCESSFULLY ALL 3 OF SOLVED THE MATTER..
NOT ONLY DID I LOOSE A YEAR OF PAYMENT TO SUNROCKET,
NOW TO THIS DAY,
THIS THOMAS AGENCY OUT OF PORTLAND MAIN ,IS STILL HARASSING ME TRYING TO COLLECT ON A BILL THAT NEVER WAS..I GOT A STACK OF BOGUS BILL IN THE MAIL TODAY..
MY FRIEND STAY AWAY FROM TELEBLEND AT ALL COSTS..
