As I outlined below, one of the many advantages of having the admin password to your Gizmo is the ability to upload new firmware.
For the AC-211-SR, the most current version is 4.62.14 (both APP and LDR). For the Innomedia, it's 3.0.77.
The links are below, and remember, use with caution:
For the AC-211-SR, you need both APP and LDR. Download LDR to the Gizmo first, then reset, then download APP, then reset again.
AC-211-SR 4.62.14 APP
AC-211-SR 4.62.14 LDR
Innomedia 3.0.77
I don't know if the AC-211-SR firmware will function in the AC-211-N. Try searching on DSLReports.com or SunrocketForums.com before attempting this.

Actually, the latest is 4.62.22, I've had it for quite a while. Someone on SunRocket Forums gave it to me.

the .22 release you have was made by Telco Systems, and not by Sunrocket. I don't know if using that would remove all the settings that SR has made, or if they'd carry over...
the bold text in the article states how to do it for the AC-211.
Does this reset all SunRocket settings?
it didn't reset them when i did it on my AC-211-SR.
I have the Sunrocket A211N gizmo, and I was able to login via the "18," password (my firmware version was 4.60.xx). Once logged in, I upgraded to the 4.62.14 firmware and everything still works fine.
I downloaded the LDR file 4.62.19, now I can't access the AC211. Anyone know what I can do now?
I just read this:
--------------------
* SunRocket (ex) technical support reps report that gizmo config files are updated every friday and valid for one week. If this is true, then it's lights out on friday for those of us who still have the service.
--------------------------
My service is running currently, the question is:
- Is there any way to copy the current settings and use it again to continue for awhile until the new provider ports my #?
I set AT211-SR to download mode for the firmware, and when I try to upload new firmware, the mgmt light and other lights blink but appears to not be updating (after 5 minutes, i clicked on a different link in the menu and it went to it like nothing was going on)
How long did it take you guys to flash? Any special tricks? Did you http send or tftp?
Found a newer version though I don't think it was ever pushed out and not sure what changes were made.

murphy's law... you post saying you have a problem and you try again (albeit with a bit more patience) and it works. It did take about 7 minutes to flash each binary...
Can anyone direct me how to "unbrick" my AC-211-SR? I was attempting to update my AC-211-SR firmware, and I bricked it (ithink I reversed the order of the files I'm supposed to load first, then second). All I get now is a light next to "power"--no "ready" light blionking. The "LAN" and "WAN" lights come on, but I cannot get Internet access through it. I cannot access it via 192.168.251.1, or reset it using the ##DEFAULT phone trick. Any way to recover the AC-211-SR after a messed up flash?
Could someone post a link to 3.0.77 sunrocket firmware ? The link above doesn't work.
Thanks !
